A Fun, High Energy Small Group Training Class that Gets RESULTS
Small Group Personal Training is a semi private training session in Long Beach/Signal Hill. It is a class based format but not a huge class. Each class is small (4 people MAX) to keep the attention on you. In each class, you are coached through a high energy workout that is fun and challenging!
Each class consists of:
- Warm-up and dynamic stretches
- Cardio based endurance drills (circuits, Tabatas, Crossfit inspired WOD’s etc)
- Strength training with free weights, machines, kettle bells, sleds, and more!
- Coordination, balance, speed and agility drills
- Challenging “core,” abdominal and low back conditioning
- Stretches to improve flexibility, cool down and improve recovery
No Two Workouts are the Same
Some days we focus on strength training and other days balance and coordination. Sometimes boxing and kickboxing, kettle bells, sandbags, or body weight exercises. It’s always different and works on ALL aspects of your fitness.
This Class is Tough!
The class is designed to take anyone to their next fitness level. The class will challenge you. It will make you sweat, burn fat, build muscle. You will burn calories, a lot of them. You will also learn how to keep going. How to do one more rep when you thought you couldn’t. You will learn how to move past your comfort zone. Above all else, you will get RESULTS!
The TEAM is the KEY
Working along side others with varying athletic backgrounds (or none at all) is inspiring. Everyone can work at their own pace and encouraged to do their best. The only competition is with yourself. It is a very supportive environment. Everyone wants to do their best and see others make progress too!
